Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups: White rice (better with sticky rice)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1or 2 cans: Tuna
  • Soy sauce
  • shredded seaweed (optional)

Instructions

  1. -In a rice cooker or pot, cook your white rice. (obviously follow cook instructions typically 1-1/2 cups rice to 2 cups water)

  2. -Plate your white rice

  3. -Add 1 can of tuna to rice (2 cans if you want)

  4. -Top with a gentle amount of soy sauce -do not soak or it will be to salty!!

  5. -Sprinkle shredded seaweed on top (optional)

  6. -Healthy and super cheap to make

  7. -Can serve multiple meals for some people or 1-2 filling meals for a hungry person.

  8. -Total cost of this meal is extremely CHEAP!

  9. 10$ for a decent bag of white rice which you can use to make this again 10 more times. 38 cents a can of tuna, stock up on tuna for 5 bucks.
