Easy Tuna Hash Recipe

This Tuna Hash recipe is a great hearty meal for any time of day.

Ingredients
- 2lb boiled potatoes, mashed
- 7oz can tuna in spring water, drained
- 1 1/2 cups cooked vegetables, chopped
- 14oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper as desired
Instructions
Place mashed potatoes in a large bowl. Add all ingredients and mix well
Spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil. Heat for a few minutes until hot.

. Cover evenly and press down lightly. Cover over a medium heat for 7-8 minutes
Turn hash over by sliding it on a plate then flipping over in a pan. Cook for another 4-5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve

This Tuna Hash recipe is perfect to use in several different ways. You can either have this at breakfast served with eggs, just like regular hash, or it can be served later in the day with a nice green salad.
Adding some chili sauce or salsa can add in some heat to the dish.
There are also several variations of canned tuna that could enhance the dish even more. Some flavors like garlic and hot pepper, or sundried tomato and basil could only make this dish better.
