Step 1: My best friend taught me this recipe and its filled me up nicely on many occasion.
Step 3: 1. first cook then drain the pasta of your choice.
Step 4: 2. meanwhile add the beans, tuna and tomatoes to another pan, season and heat through. (you could add some grated cheese at this point, to melt in, if you’re feeling adventerous)
Step 5: 3. add the pasta to the mixture and enjoy!
Step 7: (this is equally as tastey if you swap pasta for a jacket potato or maybe toast, so be creative and enjoy!)
