Put your pasta on the hob to boil. Whilst it’s left to boil finely chop the red pepper and onion. Grate the carrot and place the sweetcorn on a chopping board with the other veg. When the pasta is ready place it in a pan of cold water and let it sit until cool. Once cool drain the pasta and place it in a large bowl/pan along with the red pepper ,carrot ,sweet corn , onion , pepper , salt and oil from the tuna. Mix all that together then add the mayonnaise mix evenly then add the red wine vinegar. Stir evenly then place it in a bowl , add the tuna on top then serve.
