Ingredients

  • Ready made or homemade shortcrust pastry
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tins of tuna
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Roll pastry and line a tin, roll remaining pastry ready for covering tin

  2. boil the eggs

  3. chop and fry the onion and begin to add tuna, puree and lemon juice to the frying pan on a medium temperature

  4. once combined set aside

  5. dice eggs and mix into pie mixture

  6. fill the pie and cover lid, set oven around 180

  7. and cook until pastry is golden
