Name: Tuna risotto
Ingredients: For 4:; 300g plain rice (boil); 1 onion; 2 tins of tuna; 2 garlic cloves; 2 teaspoon black pepper/salt; 1 tin sweetcorn; 1 tablespoon low fat mayo (eg: Helmanns lighter than light)

Ingredients

For 4:
300g plain rice (boil)
1 onion
2 tins of tuna
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoon black pepper/salt
1 tin sweetcorn
1 tablespoon low fat mayo (eg: Helmanns lighter than light)

Instructions

STEP 1:

Mix in the low fat mayo with the drained tuna. Boil the rice and mix in a drained can of sweetcorn. Peel and chop the onion and garlic and add to the rice, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the tuna mayo mixture and serve.
