Tuna risotto A tasty tuna rice dish By Guest Contributor March 30, 2012 Fish Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0IngredientsFor 4:300g plain rice (boil) 1 onion 2 tins of tuna 2 garlic cloves 2 teaspoon black pepper/salt 1 tin sweetcorn 1 tablespoon low fat mayo (eg: Helmanns lighter than light)Instructions Step 1: Mix in the low fat mayo with the drained tuna. Boil the rice and mix in a drained can of sweetcorn. Peel and chop the onion and garlic and add to the rice, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the tuna mayo mixture and serve.
