Ingredients

  • bolagnase sauce
  • canned peas nd carrotts
  • mixed bean salad
  • coupple handfuls of pasta (100grams ish)
  • canned mushroms
  • minced beef (asda value frozzen very cheap but tasty lol)
  • bit of oil or butter or marge about two table spoons
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. rite this is realy easy

  2. put two cups of water ur salt and pasta nd mixed bean salad in a sauce pan bring to the boil simmer for about 5 mins or about the time it takes to brown ur mince

  3. lob ur mince nd oil in a frying pan put the heat on low to meduim and brown till no pink shows

  4. drain ur mushrooms nd peas nd carrots

  5. then drain ur pasta nd beans

  6. add canned mushrooms peas nd carrots mince sauce so its all in give it a gud stur

  7. then put in a oven dish cover in foil or with a plate put ur oven on meduim and leave it to cook for about an hour

  8. after an hour pull it out nd serve

  9. serves two to three depending on ur apertite and only costs around two quid using asda value foods its a grate cheap easy to make food witch lasts about two days in the fridge when coverd and is filling
