Step 1:

  • Fry the onion, carrot & pepper with the garlic
  • Step 2:

  • take off the heat and allow to cool for a few minutes before mixing in the minced turkey.

  • add the flour/breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly.

  • beat the egg, add the tomato puree and mix again then place in a loaf tin.
  • Step 5:

  • cook in a preheated oven at 160-170 degrees until brown – approximately 1 hour.

  • this also tastes good with minced beef – substitute the red pepper for a green pepper.
