Step 3: add the flour/breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly. Step 4: beat the egg, add the tomato puree and mix again then place in a loaf tin. Step 5: cook in a preheated oven at 160-170 degrees until brown – approximately 1 hour. Step 6: Step 7: this also tastes good with minced beef – substitute the red pepper for a green pepper.
