Ingredients
- ? Haddock Fillet
- ? Turmeric 1 tsp
- ? Table Salt 1 tsp
- ? Oil 2 tbsp
- ? White Wine Vinegar 2 tbsp
- ? Water 4 tbsp
Instructions
1. Mix together the salt and turmeric on a plate then coat the surface of the fish with the mixture.
2. Fry the fish for 2 minutes
3. Add the White Wine Vinegar and water and fry until fish is golden brown
