Unique Garlic Mushrooms!

Scrumcious and rather quick!

Ingredients

• Mushrooms
• Nob of butter
• Garlic, finely chopped! (1 or 2 cloves)
• Single cream
• Wine
• Onion relish
• Salt & Pepper
• Honey Mustard

Instructions

STEP 1:

Firstly chop up the mushrooms, when chopped half them again!

STEP 2:

put into a pan and add a nob of butter in with it (Turn up the heat quite high)

STEP 3:

When the mushrooms are softened, chop up your garlic clove/cloves and add them to the pan!

STEP 4:

When the mushrooms and garlic are roughly ready add a little bit of cream and 3tsp of wine 🙂

STEP 5:

mix slowly and turn down the heat!

STEP 6:

Add some salt & pepper to zang it up abit!

STEP 7:

Then add a tbsp of Onion relish and finally Honey mustard!

This dish is a nice starter and is nice on a platter of spaghetti!
