beat the eggs and vanilla in a bowl until well mixed, if froth forms on the stop scoop it out with a spoon. Mean while in a pot combine the cream,milk,sugar and the spices( per taste) and bring it close to boil and remove from heat.
pour the egg mixture into the milk and make sure to mix it while pouring to avoid curdling. Take an oven proof dish and pour the contents into it through a sieve to separate the spices. If any froth is there scoop it out.
sprinkle the cinnamon on the top and place it in the oven and bake it till there is a wobble to it. Bake it for longer if you want it to be hard. If you like it gooey take it out.
take it out and let it cool or serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
