Step 1:

  • 1.Cream the butter, add sugar and beat until light.
  • Step 2:

  • 2.Add 1 egg and a bit of flour and beat then repeat and add the rest of the flour. If the mixture is too stiff add some milk or water.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Place around 1 and a half tsp of the mixture into each bun case and bake for around 10-15 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Remove from the tray and allow to cool on a wire cooling rack.
