Vanilla Yoghurt Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 small tin of sliced peaches (around 213g)
  • 1 activia fat free vanilla yoghurt
  • you can add other fruit but this is the simplest recipe. Raspberries and kiwi work really well.

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the banana.

  2. 2. Empty the yoghurt into a bowl and add the banana.

  3. 3. You can choose whether or not to drain the juice from the peaches, then add them to the yoghurt.

  4. 4. Mix together and enjoy!
