Vanilla-sugar Cookies

Best to have with milk

Ingredients

• Makes 3 dozen
• *1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• *1-2 tsp vanilla extract
• *3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temp.
• *1 cup sugar
• *1/2 tsp salt
• *2 eggs

Instructions

STEP 1:

*preheat oven to 250 degree c.

STEP 2:

*in a bowl, mix together dry ingredients.

STEP 3:

*in another bowl, mix butter along with sugar using a hand mixer. Add vanilla extract, mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Mix until completely combined.

STEP 4:

*add dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Mix well.

STEP 5:

*form small balls of the cookie dough. And place them on the baking sheets. Place them few inches apart from the other.

STEP 6:

*bake for 10 minutes or until it turns light golden brown around the edges. Allow them to cool completely.
