Step 1:
– roughly chop first three ingredients and put into a food processor, pulsing until finely chopped. Step 3:
– add oats, chickpeas, tahini, spices and salt & pepper, pulsing until just combined. Test for seasoning. Step 5:
– divide mixture into 6 medium patties or 4 large ones. Step 7:
– heat a pan over medium heat with a good splash of oil. Cook patties a couple minutes each time until browned and crisp. Step 9:
– spread rolls with dip and pop a burger on, topping with avocado slices and finishing with baby spinach. Dig in!
