Step 1:

  • 1. Place the rice on the hob. Once boiling reduce heat and cover for 20 minutes.
  • Step 2:

  • Whilst the rice is cooking
  • Step 3:

  • 2. Chop up your onion and put in a pan with some oil for 2-3 minutes (or until light brown)
  • Step 4:

  • 3. Place your frozen veg in the microwave for 4 minutes or if you don’t have a microwave, boil on the hob for 5 minutes
  • Step 5:

  • 4. Once cooked put your veg into the pan with the onions
  • Step 6:

  • 5. add the chopped tomatoes
  • Step 7:

  • 6. add the curry paste
  • Step 8:

  • 7. season to your taste
  • Step 9:

  • 8. drain rice and stir into pan
  • Step 10:

  • 9. Serve!
