Ingredients

  • For 4:
  • 400g pasta shells
  • large handfull of mushrooms
  • 2 tins tomatos in juice
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1 celery stick

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop all the vegetables into small chunks, and crush the garlic into very small pieces. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water until soft and tender. Mix the vegetables with the tomatos in juice, and cook until the mushrooms have reduced in size and browned. Serve ontop of the pasta shells and enjoy.
