Ingredients

  • carrot grated 1 cup
  • potato grated 2 cup
  • cabbage finely choped 1/2cup
  • salt (according to your taste)
  • paprika1 tsp
  • black peper 1 tsp
  • egg 1
  • soyasauce 1/2 tsp
  • vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • corn flour 1 cup
  • rice flour 1/2 cup
  • baking powder 1 tbsp
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mixed well than heat oil and fry your friters .fry until crispy and golden and serve it with ketchup or with chutney :).
