Ingredients

  • Potatoes boiled and mashed 2
  • cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
  • capsicum 1 chopped
  • carrot. 2 grated
  • chicken boiled and shredded 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • chili garlic ketchup 2 tbsp
  • red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • egg one
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine veggie and seasoning along with chicken

  2. stick onto bamboo skewers with help of flour

  3. dip in egg and deep fry until golden brown
