Ingredients
- Potatoes boiled and mashed 2
- cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
- capsicum 1 chopped
- carrot. 2 grated
- chicken boiled and shredded 1 cup
- salt to taste
- chili garlic ketchup 2 tbsp
- red chili powder 1 tbsp
- egg one
- oil for frying
Instructions
Combine veggie and seasoning along with chicken
stick onto bamboo skewers with help of flour
dip in egg and deep fry until golden brown
