Vegetable Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 55ml/1/4 cup of clear honey
  • 55ml/1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (crushed)
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 350g/2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 150g/2 cups of mushrooms
  • 200g/2 cups of bean sprouts
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 carrot (cut diagonally into 1/2 inch slices)

Instructions

  1. 1. Place the honey, sauce and pepper flakes in a bowl and mix well. Place to one side. Place the olive oil in a wok and heat on a medium heat.

  2. 2. Add the vegetables and toss whilst cooking for 2 minutes. Add in the bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute.

  3. 3. Add the honey sauce and coat all the vegetables. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes.

  4. Serve with either noodles or rice
