PREP 0 min COOK 0 min TOTAL 0 min YIELD 0 JUMP TO RECIPE SHARE Facebook Share on Facebook Twitter Share on Twitter Pinterest Share on Pinterest Email Share via Email Ingredients55ml/1/4 cup of clear honey55ml/1/4 cup of soy sauce1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (crushed)3 tbsps olive oil350g/2 cups of broccoli florets150g/2 cups of mushrooms200g/2 cups of bean sprouts1 onion (chopped)1 carrot (cut diagonally into 1/2 inch slices)Instructions Step 1: 1. Place the honey, sauce and pepper flakes in a bowl and mix well. Place to one side. Place the olive oil in a wok and heat on a medium heat. Step 2: 2. Add the vegetables and toss whilst cooking for 2 minutes. Add in the bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute. Step 3: 3. Add the honey sauce and coat all the vegetables. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
