Step 1:

  • Serves 4: Prep time 10 mins: Cooking time 20mins
  • Step 2:

  • 1)Add chopped onion+garlic to a large pan and use a few sprays of oil to fry
  • Step 3:

  • 2)After a couple of minutes add mince and chopped mushrooms- stir well for about 5 minutes
  • Step 4:

  • 3)Once mixture is mixed well add the tinned tomatoes with mixed herbs and stir well
  • Step 5:

  • 4)Cover and simmer for about 15 mins
  • Step 6:

  • 5)Meantime boil a pan of water and cook spaghetti (about 15 minutes)
  • Step 7:

  • 6)After 15 minutes of simmering give bolognese a quick stir and turn off heat
  • Step 8:

  • 7)Drain spaghetti and divide into 4 plates
  • Step 9:

  • 8)Spoon out bolognese (into 4 plates) on top of the spaghetti
  • Step 10:

  • 9)If desired, sprinkle some parmasean cheese on top and/or some fresh parsley
  • Step 11:
