Vegetarian Wraps

A quick,easy and tasty meal involving quorn chicken (feeds one). making time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Quorn chicken
  • goat’s cheese
  • tortilla wraps
  • spinach
  • one big tomato
  • green pesto
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop tomatoes and spinach to add later.

  2. 2. Add oil to pan and heat. Add quorn chicken. Fry until just browning.

  3. 3. Add spinach and tomatoes. Cook until spinach is shriveled. Take off heat.

  4. 4. Warm tortillas in the microwave for around 15 seconds on 700 watts.

  5. 5. Spread the green pesto on one half of each tortilla. Add the ingredients from the pan and then add cut goat’s cheese.

  6. 6. Roll wraps and serve, maybe with salad, if you wish.
