Step 1:

  • 1. Chop tomatoes and spinach to add later.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Add oil to pan and heat. Add quorn chicken. Fry until just browning.

  • 3. Add spinach and tomatoes. Cook until spinach is shriveled. Take off heat.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Warm tortillas in the microwave for around 15 seconds on 700 watts.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Spread the green pesto on one half of each tortilla. Add the ingredients from the pan and then add cut goat’s cheese.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Roll wraps and serve, maybe with salad, if you wish.
