5 Minute 1 Pan Chickpea Curry

Quick easy cheap. 1 pan used- less washing up



  • 1 can of chickpea's
  • 1 can of chopped tomatos
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 microwave rice packet
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder


1- fry the onion in frying pan until soft

2- empty the chickpea's (drained) and chopped tomato into frying pan

3- sprinkle and stir in the curry powder

4- simmer for 5 minutes

5- put microwave rice into microwave

6- tuck in ! ;)

    Really good recipe, really nice with natural yogurt to make the sauce a bit creamy if you like that type of curry. Thanks!
