Chop the onions, mash the garlic and add to a frying pan with a drop of oil. Also add the chilli, herbs and spices (of your choice) in a pan with a drop of oil, and cook till soft.
Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
Add baked beans and cook for a few more minutes till all cooked.
