Breakfast Taco

Mexican Breakfast Taco with a bit of spice! / Serves: 1


  • tortilla
  • refried black beans
  • eggs
  • greek yogurt
  • hot sauce
  • avacado
  • cheese


1.) Whisk two eggs in a mug and microwave for one minute.

2.) Spread 1/4 cup of refried black beans on a whole wheat tortilla.

3.) Spread eggs over the beans.

4.) Spread a 1/4 cup of cheese over the beans.

5.) Microwave for 20 more seconds.

6.) Top with 1/2 avocado, 2 tbs of plain greek yogurt or sour cream, and hot sauce.

7.) ENJOY!

    Never mind I was looking in the bit lists the ingredients I can see it is in the recipe bit now.

    I can't see how much of each thing I need. Is it just me or does it not say?
