Cheesy Potato With Garlic

Very tasty



  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • About 4 medium potatoes
  • 4 oz of cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • a little nutmeg
  • half a pint of milk or cream


Layer potatoes and cheese in a cassarole dish. Finish with cheese.

Mix milk with garlic and nutmeg and pour over the potatoes.

Cover with foil or lid and bake in oven at 180 for about an hour to an hour and half. Take off foil for last 10 mins or so.

    No it doesn't go liquidy, it is quite firm with a little juice
