Egg Pot

Light supper, snack or starter



  • 1 ramekin
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • small amount of cooked broccoli
  • 2 tbsp pasta sauce
  • small handful of grated cheese
  • serve with salad and/or toast


1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.

2. Line the bottom of the ramekin with 1 tbsp of the pasta sauce.

3. Place the sliced tomatoes on top followed by the broccoli.

4. Add the remainder of the pasta sauce.

5. Cover with cheese.

6. Whisk the egg and then poor on top

7. Place in the oven for approximately 10 mins.

8. Check that the egg has cooked before removing from the oven.
