1. brown the mince in a little oil
2. add the tomatoes, chilli powder and pepper and leave it to simmer
3. once bubblng nicley and piping hot pour over nachos
4. enjoy ^.^
Hey i think
you should say more on the mince part this is the veg section after all.. I know you can get quorn mince but you should really say that in the description.
Make it in bulk and eat it all week!!!
