1.Boil and peel the potatoes.
2.Heat the oil in a pan.
3.Add jeera.Then add crushed garlic to it.
4.Add the potatoes.fry it slightly.
5.Add all the powders and kasuri methi to it.Stir it well.
6.Add coriander leaves.
7.The dish is ready to serve.
