Mash A La Kara

Best cheesy garlic mash ever?

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 largeish potatoes
  • 2 tsp diced garlic
  • 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • Handful of grated cheddar
  • 2 tsp Baileys (optional)

Method

Peel, dice and boil the potatoes until soft. Drain, allow to cool a little, then mash. Stir in the garlic, yoghurt, and Baileys if using. Add some of the cheese. Mix very well. Spoon potato mixture into ovenproof dish, top with remaining cheese, cook in oven at around 180 C until cheese is browned.
