Paprika Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Potato
  • 1 Teaspoon of Paprika
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Vegetable/Sunflower Oil

Method

Preheat oven to 200*C

Chop Potatoes into wedges, place into a bowl

Splash Oil over wedges

Add paprika

Add salt

Shake and mix vigourously

Place in oven for 30-40 minutes, or until crispy, turning occasionally
