Cook rice as directed on packet
Mix together the tomato sauce, garlic, butter, and tuna, cook on low heat, stir in tuna after a minute.
Mix in rice, stir well, add one teaspoon of flour, mix well.
allow mix to cool till warm, make into balls and coat with plain flour.
cook in frypan at low to medium heat, turn as needed.
