Firstly taking the cup of self rasing flour and mixing it with warm/cold water until the consistancy is runny but not too runny.
then add the salt and pepper
cut the onion into rings
dip the onions into the mixture
deep fry them until crispy and brown- DELISH :)
suggestion- why not have them with sweet chilli sauce for that extra kick
