1) fry the onions and garlic in pan of hot oil until they're golden brown
2)add a pinch of salt and chillie powder- mix well
3)add the chopped tomatoes and tomatoe puree - mix well
4)Add chillies and corriander
5) leave for 5 - 10 mins, taste and at the same time ur making this, boil some pasta.
6)put pasta on dish and put lots of yummy sauce on top and dig in mmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!
