Stuffed Potato

Easy delish snack or in my case dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 potato
  • 1 slice of ham
  • heaps of cheese

Method

1. Pre heat oven to 200c

2. Put baking paper on a tray and set aside for later

3. Take a potato and puncture it with a fork

4. Put the potato on a microwavable plate

5. Microwave for 5 minutes

6. Use a paper towel and flip them

7. And microwave for 3-5 minutes

8. Take it out and set aside to cool

9. Grate cheese and slice ham

10. Take the potatoes and cut them in half side ways

11. Hollow them out leaving a thin layer of potato (save the potato you just scooped out!)

12. In a bowl add the potato, cheese and ham

13. Mash it up

14. Put the mixture into the potato

15. Add more cheese

16. Place on baking tray

17. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted

18. Take them out and serve

    Uh... Isn't this supposed to be vegetarian? Just replace the ham with some onion and peppers and mushrooms i guess to be just as delicious.
