The Best Cheese And Potato Pie

Quick and easy pie everyone will love



  • 1 pack ready made puff pastry
  • around 500g potatoes(depending on how much cheese you're using)can also use mash.
  • 400g mature cheddar
  • salt and pepper
  • 3tbsp butter
  • i also like to add cream cheese for creaminess.


Peel and finely chop potatoes.Boil for 8-10mins and leave to cool.

preheat oven to 180c

grate cheese,and add to potato,with the s&p.Mash slightly with a fork.

roll/stretch pastry to about 1cm thick

spoon filling onto half,and fold spare half over sealing edges with butter,

place on greased baking tray,and brush melted butter on top of pie.

bake in oven for 25mins or until golden.
