Thunder And Lightning

  • Macaroni
  • Lots of grated cheese (cheddar is best)
  • 1 tin of chickpeas
  • mushrooms (optional)
  • Lots of pepper to season


1. Cook macaroni according to instructions

2. Heat Olive oil in a pan and fry chickpeas in there juices. Cook for about 3-4 mins over moderate temperature until cooked.

3. Add mushrooms and fry till cooked through.

4. Add cooked macaroni, grated cheese (lots) and lots of pepper to season.

5. Mix and heat through.

(If your not a veggie you could add tuna instead of mushrooms, still bloody good!)
