Finely chop the onion, the pepper and babycorn (if you’re using it) and fry it in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes. Separately, cook the pasta of your choice in a boiling pan and add salt, pepper and a bit of basil. When the onion starts to brown, add the quorn mince to the frying pan and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the bolognese tomato sauce to the mixture and stir it well. Add the herbs and continue stirring for 3-4 minutes on lower than medium heat. When ready, serve with the pasta.
tip: works nice if you grind some cheddar/feta cheese on top.
