Cook the spaghetti as directed on its packet Step 2: 2. Whilst doing that, heat the oil in a saucepan and add in the onions. Step 3: 3. Fry on a low heat for about 4 minutes Step 4: 4. Then stir in the chopped baby carrots, sliced leeks, tomatoes, tomato puree and chopped mushrooms. Step 5: 5. Add a little bit of salt and pepper and leave to simmer for about 10 minutes Step 6: 6. Drain the pasta and serve! Step 7: Step 8: You can freeze the sauce, so just make loads of it!
