Step 1:

  • 1) mix all of the ingredients together except last three ingredients
  • Step 2:

  • 2) shape into patties / kebabs (2cm thick)
  • Step 3:

  • 3) heat oil in a large frying pan
  • Step 4:

  • 4) dip kebabs into egg
  • Step 5:

  • 5) coat kebabs evenly with breadcrumbs
  • Step 6:

  • 6) shallow fry in oil until golden brown on each side
  • Step 7:

  • 7) drain on kitchen towel paper
  • Step 8:

  • 8) place in pitta bread, or burger buns with salad leaves, ketchup or mayo
  • Step 9:

  • 9) keep tissues handy, for a delicious mess!
