Step 1:

  • Cook the pasta until done to your standard, I prefer Al dente.
  • Step 2:

  • put the tin of soup in a saucepan on a low heat, add in the tomato and about a third of the puree, add garlic to taste, chop up potatoes and drop in.
  • Step 3:

  • mix together adding mixed herbs and basil to taste.
  • Step 4:

  • when heated through pop together into the pan stir and serve.
  • Step 5:

  • optional sprinkle cheese on top.
