Step 2: put the tin of soup in a saucepan on a low heat, add in the tomato and about a third of the puree, add garlic to taste, chop up potatoes and drop in. Step 3: mix together adding mixed herbs and basil to taste. Step 4: when heated through pop together into the pan stir and serve. Step 5: optional sprinkle cheese on top.
