Ingredients
- A red onion
- A packet of quorn mince
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tins of tomatoes
- A teaspoon of Bazil
- Cooking oil
- Spagetti or pasta
- Optinal additions:
- A grated carrot
- Worchester sauce
- Salt or/and pepper
- red wine
- (or any other herbs)
- Grated cheese for topping
Instructions
Finely chop the onion and shallow fry it with the quorn mince
When fried, put into a saucepan and add tins of tomatoes
whilst leaving that on a low heat, crush or chop galic and then add that in
while you put the pasta on to boil..
put the bolognese is on a low heat and add bazil or any other herbs, wine or additional things you think will go, you may also find you prefer extra garlic
when the pasta is done its ready to serve, place the pasta on the plates, top with bolognese and grated cheese if wanted
