Home › Vegetarian › Veggie Spaghetti Veggie Spaghetti RECIPE BY Guest Contributor Easy, home made spaghetti PREP 0 min COOK 0 min TOTAL 0 min YIELD 0 JUMP TO RECIPE SHARE Facebook Share on Facebook Twitter Share on Twitter Pinterest Share on Pinterest Email Share via Email Ingredients1 tin of chopped tomatoes1 onion, choppedbig pack of mushrooms, slicedtin of red kidney beans, rinsedbag of Quorn mince (can use real mince if you are a meat eater)enough spaghetti for 3-4 peopletwo tblspoons of tomato pureebig squeeze of sweet chilli saucea veg stock cubea load of herbs spices eg chilli, basil, organo, garlic powder, mixed herbsInstructions Step 1: 1. fry the onion in a little oil until soft Step 2: 2. add the tomatoes and boil with the onions for about 5 -1 0 mins (releases lycopenes, mmm healthy) Step 3: 3. add the quorn to the mix (needs about 10/15 mins to cook) Step 4: 4. add the tomato puree, sweet chilli sauce and a dissolved stock cube Step 5: 5. add the mushrooms and cook until soft, stir in the rinsed kidney beans Step 6: 6. meanwhile boil the spaghetti with pack instructions Step 7: 7. just before spaghetti is cooked mix all the herbs and spices in a stir well Step 8: Step 9: you can either blend the spaghetti in or spoon the sauce over 🙂 Step 10: yum!
