Step 1:

  • 1. fry the onion in a little oil until soft
  • Step 2:

  • 2. add the tomatoes and boil with the onions for about 5 -1 0 mins (releases lycopenes, mmm healthy)
  • Step 3:

  • 3. add the quorn to the mix (needs about 10/15 mins to cook)
  • Step 4:

  • 4. add the tomato puree, sweet chilli sauce and a dissolved stock cube
  • Step 5:

  • 5. add the mushrooms and cook until soft, stir in the rinsed kidney beans
  • Step 6:

  • 6. meanwhile boil the spaghetti with pack instructions
  • Step 7:

  • 7. just before spaghetti is cooked mix all the herbs and spices in a stir well
  • Step 8:

  • you can either blend the spaghetti in or spoon the sauce over 🙂
  • Step 10:
