Step 1:
1. fry the onion in a little oil until soft Step 2:
2. add the tomatoes and boil with the onions for about 5 -1 0 mins (releases lycopenes, mmm healthy) Step 3:
3. add the quorn to the mix (needs about 10/15 mins to cook) Step 4:
4. add the tomato puree, sweet chilli sauce and a dissolved stock cube Step 5:
5. add the mushrooms and cook until soft, stir in the rinsed kidney beans Step 6:
6. meanwhile boil the spaghetti with pack instructions Step 7:
7. just before spaghetti is cooked mix all the herbs and spices in a stir well Step 9:
you can either blend the spaghetti in or spoon the sauce over 🙂
