Ingredients

• squash
• brocoli
• carrots
• apples
• adobo
• sazon
• pepper
• lemon

Instructions

STEP 1:

peel and cut and wash everything

STEP 2:

chop itup but only cut half the lemon

STEP 3:

boil everything but the apples and lemon

STEP 4:

boil for about 27 min

STEP 5:

poor out the water

STEP 6:

put vestables in ster frie pan

STEP 7:

put the apples sqeeze the lemon on the food

STEP 8:

add adobo and sazon

STEP 9:

stir frien for 6 min (there might be a little juice left so use it)

STEP 10:

enjoy
