Ingredients

  • 1 cup of vermicelli
  • sugar as much required by you
  • 4 spoons of condensed milk
  • 2 tsp of cardamom
  • 1 cup of of ghee
  • 1 cup of cashew nut finely chopped
  • 1 cup of boiled milk (1 lr )
  • 2 cup of water
  • 1 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. Roast the vermicelli with ghee .After roasting grind it ( not up to powder but less than that).Boil vermicalli in water and add tsp of salt. After boiling add milk to it .Add cardamom sugar and condensed milk .Mix it with 4 spoons of ghee . In the other vessel roast the cashews nuts with ghee and finally garnish the kheer with cashew nuts
