Mesure out the butter and caster sugar then pour into a large bowl, then with a spoon mix the butter and caster sugar untill it is a golden paste. Then measure the flower and add it to the paste and this is the fun bit – use your hands to rub the mixture into bread crums. Then squash the breadcrums into a large ball. Then use a rolling to roll out the mixture into small rectangles that are about an inch high. (if you want to make them look good, use a sharp knife and scratch criss cross shapes into the top of the rectangles) put the rectangles on to an oven tray and place into the oven at about 175 degrees. After about 10-15 mins, take them out and enjoy.
