Ingredients
- 2oz Butter or margerine
- 4oz sugar
- 4oz self raising flour
- 2 medium eggs
Instructions
1. In a bowl cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (I recomend using an electric whisk)
2. Add the egg and whisk
3. Seive the flour in a little at a time
4. At this point you may want to add a little milk or water if the mixture feels to stiff
5. Grease 8" square tin and spead the mixture evenly
6. Bake in the oven at 175oC for 20 minutes
