Ingredients

  • 2oz Butter or margerine
  • 4oz sugar
  • 4oz self raising flour
  • 2 medium eggs

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (I recomend using an electric whisk)

  2. 2. Add the egg and whisk

  3. 3. Seive the flour in a little at a time

  4. 4. At this point you may want to add a little milk or water if the mixture feels to stiff

  5. 5. Grease 8" square tin and spead the mixture evenly

  6. 6. Bake in the oven at 175oC for 20 minutes
