Ingredients
- 175g butter
- 175g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 175g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
lightly whisk the butter and the sugar together till soft and creamy
Mix in the egg at a steady paste and starting mixing till the egg has mixed in the mixture
add the flour and baking powder and wisk for 3 minutes
put in the oven for 25 minutes
u could add chocolate and double cream to decorate!
